Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Vinyl crates, slipmats, totes, and apparel are eligible for return.
  • Custom, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Fill out our contact form with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via the contact form. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra charge.
